New Manual Die Cutting Machine

The TYMB-750A is a new type of automatic hot stamping machine R&D by our company for the printing and packaging industry. Adopting a patented mechanical downward pressing structure, it delivers strong pressing force with crankshaft structure by servo motor output during the heating plate’s downward movement—this structure has achieved over 10 million operation cycles since its application. The machine features an extended service life with minimal post-operation maintenance, along with high precision and fast operating speed. It breaks the traditional one-operator-one-machine mode, enabling a single operator to control multiple units simultaneously.

It is mainly designed for the surface hot stamping processing of high-end gift boxes (including tea boxes, wine boxes, jewelry boxes, cosmetic boxes and other products) after printing.
