The integration of Taiwan double guide rails and ball screw mechanisms enables accuracy to within 0.02 mm. The entire operation is controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and a touch screen human-machine interface, which simplifies the operating process and enables operators to easily complete various settings and adjustments. The TM series integrates a robotic arm, which significantly improves its operating efficiency. The robotic arm is responsible for automatically picking up the finished product and working with the conveyor system to transport it to the designated preparation area. This automation not only saves valuable time in the production process, but also minimizes the risk of human error during product handling.
